HM The King lays foundation stone of a mosque in Errachidia

Errachidia - HM King Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful, laid, on Tuesday in Errachidia (482 km east of Rabat), the foundation stone to build a mosque, for 12 million Moroccan dirhams ($1.5 million).

    The king received details on the mosque, which will be built on 1,510 square metres and will have a capacity of 1,350 worshippers.

    The mosque, which will be ready in the space of 18 months, will include a prayer room for men, another for women, a koranic school and a llibrary, along with on-site accommodation.
