US ambassador in Rabat praises achievements made by Morocco in various areasRabat - The US ambassador in Rabat, Samuel L. Kaplan, lauded the achievements made by Morocco in various fields, voicing his country’s will to deepen relations with the kingdom.
Kaplan also commended, during a meeting with Moroccan secretary of state Mohand Laenser, the counter-terrorism efforts exerted by Morocco, a statement of the ministry said. He underlined his country's readiness to support programmes launched by the Kingdom, especially in the areas of youth employment and training. The statement said the meeting raised long-standing bilateral relations. In this regard, Laenser highlighted the excellence of time-honoured relations between the two countries as well as the remarkable increase in bilateral trade as well as in US investments in Morocco.
