Senegalese court agrees to extradite three Moroccans charged with terrorism

Dakar - A Senegalese court agreed, on Thursday, to extradite three Moroccans, arrested a few weeks ago in Dakar (capital of Senegal), on charges of terrorism.

They are accused of being recruited by a Somalia-based terrorist organization and plotting to carry out attacks in Iraq, Afghanistan and Morocco.

The court said that the three defendants were arrested in Dakar while they were planning to join the training camps of a Somalia-based terrorist organization.

The Moroccan authorities had issued a request to extradite the three Moroccans.
