Morocco reports three new death cases of A/H1N1

Rabat - Three new death cases of A/H1N1 were reported in the cities of Settat, Casablanca and Taroudant, the Health Ministry said on Sunday in a statement.

   Sixty-five new A/H1N1 cases have been confirmed in Rabat, El Hajeb, Guelmim, Settat, Marrakech, Taroudant, Agadir, Salé, and Casablanca the same source added. This raises the number of virus cases to 2461. 

   Over 90,000 people benefited up to Friday from the first vaccination campaign, that targeted people suffering from asthma, chronic lung diseases and diabetes, the Ministry said, adding that vaccination started in prisons on Saturday in conformity with the national strategy to fight the pandemic.
