Morocco to participate in 2nd informal talks on Moroccan Sahara
Rabat - Upon the invitation of the United Nations Secretary General's Personal Envoy, Christopher Ross, Morocco will take part, on February 9-11, in the city of Armonk in New York outskirts, in the second informal meeting in preparation for the fifth round of negotiations aiming to find a political and final solution to the regional dispute over the Moroccan Sahara.

Algeria 'destabilized' by Morocco's autonomy proposal, former polisario leader
Brussels - The Moroccan proposal to grant broad autonomy to the southern provinces has "destabilized" Algeria and forced it to fight in order to maintain its hegemony over the Saharan population in the Tindouf camps, said former polisario founding member, Ahmedou Ould Souilem, who returned to Morocco.

Most of southern populations convinced of autonomy solution, CORCAS
